The office is able to assist you with the preparation of your estate planning documents (for example: Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Documents) but even more, the office has extensive experience with the issues arising from disability and the aging process. Whether your loved one is a parent, spouse, sibling, or a disabled child, dealing with the issues associated with an aging or disabled family member can create anxiety, guilt, fear and a whole host of other feelings. There are so many options and possibilities and most people today cannot spend endless hours researching answers to the questions surrounding the care of an aging or disabled loved one. Our job is to provide the answers you need, relieve those uncomfortable feelings and offer peace of mind. It is our goal to help you to ensure that your loved one gets appropriate care, whether at home or in a residential facility. We are here to help you find the best solution to the asset protection problem created by the high cost of quality long term care and help you to find sources to help you to pay for it.
We work hard to help you reduce the financial burden of the high cost of care by locating community agencies that offer assistance in a variety of areas and determining what government benefits may be available to your loved one and working with you to obtain those benefits – from application to qualification. We recognize that not everyone is able to plan ahead for the possibility of an incapacitating illness and that dementia can create major difficulties for families under the best of circumstances. For this reason we have focused a significant part of our practice on Guardianship litigation. It is our goal to bring families together for the benefit of their disabled member, but we also recognize that this is not always possible and that there may be times when court intervention and the appointment of a legal guardian for the disabled individual is what is in everyone’s best interest.

Our goal is your peace of mind.
